• Any relevant documents (e.g., hospital discharge papers)

4. Appointment Reminders

1. A reminder call will be made a day before the appointment with essential information.

5. Cancelling an Appointment

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

6. Test Results

1. Results are sent to the doctor promptly, with sleep study reports delivered electronically within and up to 10 working days.

7. Fees

1. Most services are bulk billed. Private bills require payment on the day of the test or consultation via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash.
